Human models

An expertise optimizing the process of your clinical research.

We continuously optimize and validate multiple human models. Using them enables you to determine, at a very early stage of development, the potential of a compound and avoid a failure of the molecule at a more advanced stage of development. Our human models allow:

  • To assess the pharmacodynamic effect of a molecule in healthy subjects (phase I).
  • To confirm or to better define the therapeutic indication of a compound as soon as possible.
  • To make the Go/No-Go decision
  • To determine potentially effective doses which will be evaluated in patients study (phase II).

The reliability of all models available at Forenap has been validated on specific metrological criteria.

« Multi-array Models » : compatible human models

The use of multiple biomarkers in clinical pharmacology increases the confidence in your decisions. The "multi-array" model enables to test different effects of a compound during a determined period of time: this limits the number of studies to be conducted. You do not choose a single model but a panel that covers several mechanisms: nociceptive and neuropathy for example. Forenap ensures a perfect control of the compatibility between the different models available. This expertise allows us to offer a unique approach of combining different models to increase relevance of the results of a study.
