Our CRO owns its Clinical Pharmacology Unit : An integrated structure which guarantees you a high operational competency
A Building dedicated to Clinical research
Our state of the art technology equipped facility has been built to perform clinical trials in total safety. The design and equipments of our CPU fits the specificities of First Time In Man while integrating various Pharmacodynamics tools for CNS activity assessment.
Succesfully audited by the FDA, our CPU of 6000m² is equipped with 72 beds :
- 12 beds for FTIM and short in house periods.
- 24 double bedrooms dedicated to repeated doses, bioavailability, bioequivalence, PK, drug and food interaction studies
- 36 individual rooms dedicated to Pharmacodynamics and sleep studies which could possibly be used for the above mentioned studies when needed.
Our Clinical Pharmacology Unit is an asset which enables us to answer to your challenges in a rapid and efficient manner.
A technological platform equipped for all studies
Our technological platform is equipped to conduct studies in any therapeutic area: wake EEG, Holter ECG, PSG, pupillometry, driving simulation, body sway, neurocognition, thermal challenge. We also rely on additional resources from the nearby psychiatric hospital (472 beds including 15 beds equipped with PSG in a dedicated sleep unit)
A highly qualified staff
Specially trained for constraints linked to clinical
studies, our medical and nurse staff manage your project with a perfect
understanding of protocols and associated needs.
An emergency physician is on board 24/7 during the studies. The safety
of subjects during your study is ensured by monitoring: 12-leads holter
ECG, continuous blood pressure monitoring and crash carts.
